Gingerbread Cereal Bars!

1 box Lovebird Honey Cereal
4 Tablespoons coconut oil, melted
3 Tablespoons cashew butter
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground clove
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Melted chocolate (optional)
In a food processor, add one whole box of Lovebird Honey Cereal and pulse until mostly ground. It’s okay to leave some big pieces, too.
Add in coconut oil and cashew butter and pulse together until well combined.
Add a little more cashew butter if needed for texture.
Add spices and pulse together again.
Pour mixture into a parchment paper-lined 8 x 8 baking dish and press down evenly.
Place in the fridge for 30-40 minutes until it hardens.
Remove and cut into bars or squares. Drizzle with melted chocolate (optional)
