Strawberry Cereal Bars - Paleo, Grain Free, No Refined Sugar, Dairy Free

Strawberry Cereal Bars
3 cups Lovebird Cereal, unsweetened variety
1⁄2 cup cashew butter
1⁄2 cup maple syrup
1 cup freeze-dried cereal
1. Add the freeze-dried strawberries to a food processor and process until they are powdery and some of the strawberries remain pea-sized. Place the strawberries in a small bowl and set them aside.
2. Add the cashew butter and maple syrup to a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Allow boiling for 2 minutes, making sure to stir continuously. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla.
3. Add the unsweetened Lovebird cereal, freeze-dried strawberries, and cashew butter caramel to a large bowl and fold. Once well mixed, place the mixture into a greased 8x8 baking pan and gently press, spreading in an even layer.
4. Cover the cereal bars, place them in the refrigerator, and allow them to sit for about an
hour. Cut and enjoy!
